Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information TargetZero AI Inc. ("TargetZero," "we," "us") collects through targetzero.ai, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers this website only. The TargetZero platform and any agency data in it are governed by our agreements with each agency, not by this policy.
Information you give us
When you request a demo, we collect what you enter in the form: your name, work email, agency, role and agency size, and, if you choose to provide them, your phone number, your agency's current systems and how you heard about us. If you email us, we receive your message and contact details.
Information collected automatically
- Site analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics to count visits in aggregate: the page viewed, the referring site, country and region, browser, operating system and device type. We also count how the site is used: which sections are viewed, which buttons and parts of the product screens are clicked, whether the demo form is started, and, when a demo request is sent, the role and agency size chosen from the form’s lists. We never record what you type. It sets no cookies. A visit is recognized by a temporary value derived from the request, which is discarded within 24 hours. We cannot use it to identify you.
- Server and security logs. Our hosting provider records technical details such as IP addresses to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
- Fonts. The site loads its fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser's request to Google includes your IP address.

- To understand how the site is used and improve it
- To keep the site secure and prevent abuse
- To meet legal obligations
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site:

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to a successor if TargetZero is involved in a merger or acquisition.
How long we keep it
We keep demo request information for three years after our last contact with you, and then delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email hello@targetzero.ai and we will respond within 30 days. California residents may have additional rights under California law; we honor these requests for everyone.
Do Not Track
The site does not track you across other websites, so it responds the same way whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track signal.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information we collect. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
This site is meant for public safety professionals. It is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Where information is processed
TargetZero is based in the United States. Our service providers may process information in other countries.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the effective date.
